This is my review of the Abu 7000i ambassador The new Abu 7000i ambassador is the latest in the series of reels which have over 50 years of design experience
the new 7000i is said to be stronger and more hardwearing
Than any previous model it has a new carbon matrix drag system
which has increased the power by 36% the features boast a 4.1.1.retrive .new 6 washer drag system roller bearings and level
wind.
The new handle gives a very positive comfortable grip
The styling of the 7000i is superb with the familiar metallic
red finish.
The weight of the 7000i a total of 597 grams unloaded
The shape of the star drag has also been re vamped to make
using it easier
Overall the new 7000i seams to be superb quality. Offering
full features and robustness as well as very pleasing aesthetics on the eye.
I am sure this reel will stand the
test of time the retail of this reel is £117.00
