I found the DVD to be brilliant it’s the best DVD
I have seen for showing the paddle strokes.
The instruction is very clearly set out and the multi angles and clear
instructions make it easy to learn each stroke in turn.
I liked the main menu allowing me to watch a particular
stroke several times.
I specially liked the way the DVD is set out and aimed at paddlers of all experience.
The retail of the DVD is £19.99 and worth every penny I think the title of the DVD says it all really
