This is a very well thought out paddle which is very light and powerful
I had to phone the importers Avoncraft twice to check the price as I thought a mistake had been made and we had been sent
a more expensive paddle than the price on the paddle indicated
The blade shape is curved to allow maximum power using minimum effort for the
paddler the stiff centre ridge gives a lot of strength to the blade
The first thing you notice with this paddle is the quality of the build it’s
excellent and I think anybody would be hard pushed to fault it.
The paddles are made in Canada and imported by Avoncraft
The look of the paddle is again very pleasing on the eye the graphics on the blade set it off nice
This is a 2 piece shaft which has a TLC locking system which means it’s
easy to adjust the feather of the paddle the lock is a positive click lock once the blade feather is set it is well marked
with all the positions easy to read to set.
The manta ray Black carbon paddle is priced at £139.00 which I feel is
excellent value for money
